Billing, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from My subscription → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
If a renewal payment fails, we keep your access while the payment is retried and show a notice so you can update your card. Prices are in US dollars.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, invoices, billing questions and refunds.
